I like to invite my "students" to set an intention which makes a REAL difference between an ordinary work-out and a meaningful yoga session !
Be still, find a place of presence & think of the person you love the most ? ….
& then let go ! > let go of that particular loved person !
Too often we have so many expectations towards people we love.
Make the time now to give this person a break > set them FREE !
And instead focus on loving & fully accepting yourself – the way you are –
dedicate your practice to yourself – tuning into your own breath,
exploring your body, mind & heart, take YOUR time &
just enjoy becoming more familiar with yourSELF.
By learning how to accept ourselves for who we are,
we become better at sharing true love.
When we take care of ourselves we serve others !
