1. SETTING AN INTENTION FOR YOUR PRACTICE

I like to invite my "students" to set an intention which makes a REAL difference between an ordinary work-out and a meaningful yoga session !
​ Be still, find a place of presence & think of the person you love the most ? ….
​& then let go ! > let go of that particular loved person !
​Too often we have so many expectations towards people we love.
Make the time now to give this person a break > set them FREE !
And instead focus on loving & fully accepting yourself – the way you are –
dedicate your practice to yourself – tuning into your own breath,
exploring your body, mind & heart, take YOUR time &
just enjoy becoming more familiar with yourSELF.
By learning how to accept ourselves for who we are,
we become better at sharing true love.
​When we take care of ourselves we serve others !
